Install or pair a client

Sign in to My account, create a short-lived client invite, then paste it into the ArcWardyn setup page. Each client can be revoked independently from the account page.

Supported mailboxes

ArcWardyn supports Gmail, Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, and selected major ISP mailboxes. Gmail and Microsoft use read-only OAuth. Never send us your primary mailbox password.

Plan and payment help

Choose a plan or open Stripe's payment-management page from My account. The browser extension does not collect card details or create payment sessions.

Privacy or deletion request

Email legal@arcwardyn.ai with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify the request before providing, correcting, or deleting eligible account information.

Include these details when reporting a problem

  1. Your ArcWardyn account email and the client type: Chrome, Safari, or Outlook.
  2. The mailbox provider and the page where the problem appeared.
  3. The ArcWardyn client version and the exact error wording.
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send mailbox passwords, access tokens, full email bodies, or sensitive attachments.
